Dear Customers,

We have identified a potential issue with the disk partition or possibly physical damage to the disk itself on our "Silver" system, following recent outages. To address and repair this problem, there may be intermittent reboots and downtimes over the next few days. If any downtime is expected to last longer than a few minutes, we will make an effort to notify you in advance whenever possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working diligently with our data center partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the final assessment and coordination between responsible parties will take some time. We kindly ask for your patience during this period.
