During an automatic and scheduled update of the Apache web-server software, an error occurred this morning which caused some domains to fail (error 500). We are already working on the problem and most of the websites are already back online.
Announcement: We are on company holidays during September. No tickets will be processed in the period from September 6th to September 30th, 2021. The server and infrastructure are continuously monitored.
Our network and CDN provider Cloudflare is experiencing problems with their network in Frankfurt a.M. this also affects some of our internal services and websites (hosting and email services are not affected). https://t.co/oxF6Hw4fNY
